Disbursement of dividend

Grameen Mutual Fund One: Scheme Two: The asset manager of Grameen Mutual Fund One: Scheme Two informed that the cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2020 has been disbursed to the respective unit holders' bank accounts through Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) on September 24, 2020. Accounts payee warrants/cheques are now being issued from the office of AIMS of Bangladesh Limited for those whose accounts could not be credited through BEFTN.

Southeast Bank Limited: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2019 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders BO Accounts on September 27, 2020.

Rupali Insurance Company Ltd: The cash dividend warrants for the year 2019 are ready for delivery. Shareholders are requested to collect their dividend warrants personally or duly authorised person from the share department of the company from Sunday to September 30, 2020 (during working hours). Dividend warrants which are not collected by September 30, 2020 will be dispatched by Post/Courier Service to the address of the shareholders at their own risk.
