Eastern Bank (EBL) was honoured as a top tax-paying bank in the banking sector category by the National Board of Revenue (NBR) for FY23. EBL Managing Director and CEO Ali Reza Iftekhar and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Masudul Hoque Sardar received the trophy and a tax card from NBR Chairman Abu Hena Md. Rahmatul Muneem at a ceremony in Dhaka recently.
