Eastland Insurance held its 39th annual general meeting (AGM) on Monday through a virtual platform. The meeting was presided over by Mahbubur Rahman, chairman of the company. A remarkable number of directors of the board also attended the AGM. Mohammed Salim, chief executive officer, presented information to shareholders.
The shareholders approved 10 per cent cash dividend for 2025 for general shareholders only as recommended by the board of directors.
