Eastern Bank (EBL) has partnered with Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation to strengthen healthcare support for underprivileged patients suffering from thalassemia. To support the foundation's activities, Ziaul Karim, head of Communications and External Affairs at EBL, recently handed over a cheque to Professor Dr. Syeda Masooma Rahman, vice-chairman of the Foundation, at the bank's head office in Dhaka.
