EGM of Trust Bank held

The 14th Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Trust Bank Limited was held recently at Trust Milonayotan, Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by Maj Gen Ashraf Abdullah Yussuf, rcds, afwc, psc, Vice Chairman of Trust Bank Limited. Among others, directors Brig Gen K A R M Mostafa Kamal, ndc, psc, Brig Gen Md. Mehdi Hassan, ndc, afwc, psc, Ms. Begum Rokeya Din, Mr. Helal Uddin Ahmed, Mr. Ishtiaque Ahmed Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO and Mr. Khaled Mahbub Morshed, Company Secretary were also present in the meeting.
A special resolution regarding issuance of Subordinated Bond-II" worth Tk 2.0 billion for strengthening Bank's Tier-II Capital was approved by the shareholders. A good number of shareholders, senior executives and officers of the Bank were present in the EGM.
