EPS of Pharma Aids down

EPS (earnings per share) of Pharma Aids declined marginally for the year ended on June 30, 2021 compared to same period of the previous year.

The company has reported an EPS of Tk 16.11 for the fiscal year (FY) 2020-21 against Tk 16.82 for the FY 2019-20.

As a result, the company's EPS declined 4.22 per cent or Tk 0.71 for the FY 2020-21 from the previous FY.

Pharma Aids has reported its NAV per share of Tk. 93.26 and NOCFPS of Tk. 10.07 for the year ended on June 30, 2021 as against Tk. 82.54 and Tk. 13.04 respectively for the same period of the previous year.

The company's board of directors has recommended 50 per cent cash dividend for the FY 2020-21.

The company disbursed the same amount of cash dividend for the FY 2019-20.

Pharma Aids, presently an 'A' category company, was listed on the stock exchanges in 1987.

The company's sponsor-directors hold 24.22 per cent shares, institutes 13.37 per cent and general shareholders 62.41 per cent as on September 30, 2021. The company's per share price closed at Tk 519.90 each on Wednesday with a rise of 0.06 per cent or Tk 0.3.
