FIRST SECURITY ISLAMI BANK HOLDS 25TH AGM

The 25th Annual General Meeting of First Security Islami Bank PLC was held on a digital platform on Monday. The meeting was presided over by Mohammed Abdul Maleque, Vice Chairman, Board of Directors of First Security Islami Bank PLC. Among others, Prof Dr Mohammad Gias Uddin Talukder, Chairman of Shariah Council, Members of the Board of Directors, Syed Waseque Md. Ali, Managing Director, Oli Kamal, Company Secretary, and significant number of shareholders joined the meeting. In the AGM, 5% cash dividend and 5% stock dividend for the year 2023 have been approved.
