The 292nd meeting of the board of directors of First Security Islami Bank PLC was held at its head office in the city recently. Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Chairman of the board, presided over the meeting. Md Azizur Rahman, Vice Chairman, Md Abdul Quddus, Chairman of Executive Committee, Prof Md Saiful Alam, Chairman of Risk Management Committee, Md Raghib Ahsan, Chairman of Audit Committee, Abu Reza Md Yeahia, Managing Director (Current Charge) and Nijam Kazi, Company Secretary (Current Charge) of the bank, were present in the meeting.
