First Security Islami Bank Limited's 24th AGM was held digitally on Tuesday. Mohammed Abdul Maleque, the vice-chairman of the board, presided over the meeting, while chairman of Shariah Council, directors, managing directors, company secretary and shareholders participated. The meeting approved a 10 per cent stock dividend for 2022.
