To establish the assembling unit at Bhaluka in Mymensingh, they are initially investing US$ 2.0 million with both local and foreign currencies.

The diesel generators of Marapco and Jet brands are assembled with world renowned Perkins engines, he said.
Prior to the assembling locally, SH Power Pac Ltd, a concern of SH Group, formally started marketing of the two generators, assembled by Jubaili Bros in Dubai and UK, in the local market Monday.
Business development director of Jubaili Bros Jed Jubaili and famous filmmaker Ilias Kanchan and managing director of SH Power Pac Ltd Shahjahan Mridha jointly launched the sale of the products at the latter's office in the city.
Of the two brands, Marapco is assembled in UK and Jet in the United Arab Emirates, officials said, adding that both the brands use famous alternators, Leroy Somer or Meccalte.
Mr Mridha said the company would supply quality generators ranges from 10 KVA to 2,500 KVA capacities. Both Marapco and Jet meet international standards.
He further said that SH Power Pac would deliver generators within a maximum time of 6-8 weeks from the order date.
In a query, Mr Mahfuz said that price of their generators are almost to that of other brand renowned generators. After commencement of the local assembling, the price will be reduced, increasing their competitiveness in the local market.
