GP partners with EATL Apps Contest

Grameenphone Ltd, the largest telecom operator of the country, signed an agreement with Ethics Advanced Technology Ltd (EATL) Wednesday to support the year-long journey of EATL-Prothom Alo Apps Contest 2015, reports UNB.
EATL Managing Director MA Mubin Khan and Grameenphone Chief Procurement Officer Asif Mohammed Touhid signed the deal on behalf of their respective sides. Grameenphone CMO Allan Bonke and EATL CEO Dr Nizam Uddin Ahmed were present on the occasion.
Grameenphone will be the 'Exclusive Telecom Partner' of the nine-month long youth engagement event, said a press release Thursday.
EATL-Prothom Alo Apps Contest started its journey since 2012 and it has now emerged as the country's largest mobile application development contest. Grameenphone as a partner will help the participating students to come up with more innovative app ideas and create values for their app thus aiding smartphone users of the country.
The presence of Grameenphone will certainly enhance the upcoming endeavour of EATL and it will harvest a distinct significance for the whole contest.
