Rashedul Quayum seen on the dais at the company's 45th annual general meeting (AGM) in Chattogram on Thursday The 45th annual general meeting (AGM) of GlaxoSmithKIine Bangladesh Limited was held in Chattogram on Thursday, according to a press release.
The meeting was presided over by the company's Chairman David Pritchard. Company's Managing Director Ms. Erum Shakir Rahim, directors Ms. Zinnia Tanzina Huq, Masud Khan, Kazi Sanaul Hoq, Mohsin Uddin Ahmed, Prashant Pandey and Rajib Barua, Company Secretary S.O.M. Rashedul Quayum and a number of shareholders attended the meeting.
The shareholders approved the directors' report, auditor's report and audited accounts for the year ended on 31 December 2017. The declaration of final cash dividend at 550 per cent or Tk 55 per share of Tk 10 each was also approved at the AGM.
