HK shares edge up

Hong Kong stocks opened flat on Wednesday, with profit-taking from the previous session’s healthy gains offsetting a positive lead from Wall Street. The benchmark Hang Seng Index edged up 12.15 points to 22,466.04 in the first few minutes of trade, according to AFP.
