HONG KONG, Oct 10 (AFP): Hong Kong stocks finished with more gains Tuesday, tracking a rally on Wall Street as traders welcomed dovish comments from Federal Reserve officials that fuelled hopes the bank will not lift interest rates again this year.
The Hang Seng Index rose 0.84 percent, or 147.33 points, to 17,664.73.
The Shanghai Composite Index shed 0.70 percent, or 21.69 points, to 3,075.24, while the Shenzhen Composite Index on China's second exchange eased 0.38 percent, or 7.32 points, to 1,901.33.
