Huawei ‘Seeds for the Future BD’ opens for registration

Science & Technology Minister Yeafesh Osman attended as the chief guest the inaugural function of 'Seeds For The Future 2024 Bangladesh' organised by Huawei at its academy in the city recently. Yao Wen, Ambassador of China to Bangladesh, Lokman Hossain Miah, Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), and Sheikh Reaz Ahmed, Commissioner of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission, were also present.

Huawei 'Seeds For the Future 2024 Bangladesh' is now open for registration with the aim to develop an ICT ecosystem by enhancing ICT knowledge of students in the country, says a press release.

Bangladeshi undergraduate students in third year or above can enroll to this competition by sharing their resume.

The announcement of 'Seeds for the Future 2024 Bangladesh' has come in a launching ceremony at the Huawei Bangladesh Academy recently.

Science & Technology Minister Architect Yeafesh Osman was present at the inaugural function as the chief guest.

Yao Wen, Ambassador of China to Bangladesh, Lokman Hossain Miah, Executive Chairman, Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), and Engr Sheikh Reaz Ahmed, Commissioner of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission, were present at the event.

The programme was started with a welcome speech by Pan Junfeng, President of Huawei South Asia Region & CEO of Huawei Bangladesh.

This year, the Bangladesh round champion will win Huawei Matebook, first runner-up will win Huawei Pad and second runner-up will win Huawei Smart Watch. Beside these, the top two project teams of APAC round will get a chance to visit China.
