ICB AMCL declares dividends on five open-end MFs

ICB approves Unit Fund's dividend of Tk 42 per unit

The Trustee Committee of the five open-end mutual funds managed by ICB Asset Management Company Ltd (AMCL) has approved dividends for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2021.

The dividends approval came at a meeting of the Trustee Committee held on Thursday last. The unit holders, whose names appeared in the respective registers of the funds on 30 June 2021, will be entitled to receive the dividend, according to an official disclosure.

The Trustee Committee approved dividend of Tk 11 per unit for the unit holders of ICB AMCL Unit Fund.

The Trustee Committee approved a total dividend of Tk 12 per unit (first half of Tk 4.50 and second half of Tk 7.50) for unit holders of ICB AMCL Pension Holders' Unit Fund.

Bangladesh Fund's unit holders will get total dividend of Tk 1.50 per unit as the trustee committee approved Tk 1.50 interim dividend and no final dividend.

The Trustee Committee approved dividend of Tk 0.50 per unit for the unit holders of ICB AMCL Converted First Unit Fund.

The Trustee Committee also approved dividend of Tk 0.40 per unit for ICB AMCL Islamic Unit Fund holders.

Meanwhile, per unit sale and re-purchase prices of these funds have also been re-fixed with effect from today (Monday).

The sale and re-purchase prices of the ICB AMCL Unit Fund have been re-fixed at Tk 201 and Tk 196 per unit respectively.

The sale and re-purchase prices of the ICB AMCL Pension Holders' Unit Fund have been re-fixed at Tk 202 and Tk 197 per unit respectively.

The sale and re-purchase prices of the Bangladesh Fund have been re-fixed at Tk 88 and Tk 85 per unit respectively.

The sale and re-purchase prices of the ICB AMCL Converted First Unit Fund have been re-fixed at Tk 9.10 and Tk 8.80 per unit respectively.

The sale and re-purchase prices of the ICB AMCL Islamic Unit Fund have been re-fixed at Tk 8.70 and Tk 8.40 per unit respectively.

Meanwhile, the board of directors of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) at a meeting held on Thursday approved dividend on ICB Unit Fund for the FY 2020-21.

As per the approval, the certificate holders of the ICB Unit Fund will get Tk 42 per unit against face value of Tk 100 each.

The ICB Unit holders, whose names appeared in the respective registers on 30 June 2021, will be entitled to receive the dividend.

The rephrase price of ICB Unit Certificate has been fixed at Tk 261 with effective from August 1, 2021.
