The 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) was held on Saturday on virtual platform. Mr. Muzaffar Ahmed FCMA, FCS, President of the Institute presided over the meeting and tabled the Council Report of the Institute. Mr. Salim Ahmed FCS, Treasurer of the Institute placed the Audited Financial Statements of the Institute for the year ended December 31, 2019. The Members approved the Council Report and Financial Statements of the Institute. — Statement
