IFIC Bank Holds 47th AGM

IFIC Bank held its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday. The AGM took place in hybrid mode. The in-person meeting took place at the Officer's Club Dhaka. Presided over by the Chairman of the board of directors Salman F Rahman, MP, the meeting was attended by bank directors A.R.M. Nazmus Sakib, Sudhangshu Shekhar Biswas, Shah Monjurul Hoque, Quamrun Naher Ahmed, Md. Golam Mostofa, Managing Director Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa and company secretary Mokammel Hoque. The AGM approved the audited financial statements for the year ended in December 2023 and 5 per cent stock dividends for shareholders.
