The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of IIDFC Capital Limited (Merchant Bank) was held at the company's registered office in the city recently. Chairman of the company Syed M Altaf Hussain presided over the meeting. Members of the board of directors Kamal Uddin Ahmed and Golam Sarwar Bhuiyan were present in the meeting. Independent directors SA Chowdhury and Tariqul Islam Chowdhury also participated virtually. CEO of the company Md Abdul Alim was present in the meeting. The meeting approved the Audited Annual Accounts of the company for the year 2022.
