The 24th Annual General Meeting of Infrastructure Investment Facilitation Company (IIFC) was held at the IIFC Conference Room, JDPC Bhaban, in Dhaka, with Md Shahriar Kader Siddiky, Chairman, IIFC , and Secretary, Economic Relations Division, Ministry of Finance, in the chair. Md. Monjur Hossain, Secretary, Bridges Division, Dr Md Humayun Kabir, Secretary, Ministry of Railways, and Delwora Begum, Additional Secretary (Admin), Ministry of Shipping, were present as subscriber-members of the company. Md Habibur Rahman, Senior Secretary, Power Division, Md Anwar Hossain, Additional Secretary (Asia, JEC and F&F Wing), ERD, Md Mahbubul Alam, President, FBCCI, A.K.M. Nurull Fazal Bulbul, Vice Chairman, Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd, and Golam Mainuddin, Chairman, British American Tobacco Bangladesh Company Limited, were present as directors of the company. Md Mostafizur Rahman, Managing Director, IIFC, and Md Zasim Uddin, Executive Director (Finance & HR) and Company Secretary of IIFC, were also present.
