IIFC HOLDS 26TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Infrastructure Investment Facilitation Company (IIFC) was held at the IIFC Conference Room in Dhaka on Monday, with Md Shahriar Kader Siddiky, Chairman, IIFC, and Secretary, Economic Relations Division, Ministry of Finance; in the chair. Md Fahimul Islam, Secretary, Ministry of Railways; Mohammad Abdur Rouf, Secretary, Bridges Division; Dr. Nurun Nahar Chowdhury, Secretary, Ministry of Shipping; and Md Mamunur Rashid Bhuiyan, Additional Secretary, ICT Division; were present as Subscriber Members of the company. Farzana Mamtaz, Secretary, Power Division; Mirana Mahrukh, Additional Secretary and Wing Chief (Asia, JEC and F&F), ERD; Md Abdur Rahim Khan, Administrator, FBCCI; Syed Nasim Manzur, Managing Director, Apex Footwear Ltd; and Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, PRAN-RFL Group; were present as Directors of the company. Md Moniruzzaman, Managing Director, IIFC; and Md Zasim Uddin, Executive Director (Finance & HR) and Company Secretary of IIFC; were also present.
