INDIGENOUS CHILDREN GET BICYCLES ON MTB'S SILVER JUBILEE
As part of the 25th anniversary celebration of Mutual Trust Bank (MTB), MTB Foundation recently distributed 'Swapno Sarathi' (The Dream Chariot) bicycles to the children of indigenous tea workers in Sylhet. The ceremony was attended by Samia Chowdhury, chief executive officer, MTB Foundation, and Badrul Haque, regional head, MTB, Sylhet, among others. The bank launched 'Swapno Sarathi' in 2015 with a view to supporting underprivileged students, predominantly female, in the remote areas of the country.
