Int\\\'l HSE training now in B\\\'desh

The globally reputed health and safety training SAMTRAC international is now available in Bangladesh.
The training stipulates occupational health, safety and environment management through a state-of-the-art e-learning platform.
Announcing the introduction of the training in the capital Saturday BizCare, a local consultancy firm, said it can help contribute to the improvement of health and safety conditions in all organizations particularly the readymade garments and other industries. It said, SAMTRAC is a unique training course in HSE, which has become fast popular in several countries across the world both in the developed and the developing ones.
Accredited by the UK-based Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) and Brussels based Enhesa, the training modules include safety, environment, legal, health and risk management.
SAMTRAC is a product of NOSA, the South African based globally recognized provider of occupational risk management services. BizCare is the channel partner of NOSA in Bangladesh.
The training is currently being used by reputed companies like Unilever, Nestle, SABMiller, Freeport, Levi's, GAP etc. The training is helpful for HSE practitioners, Risk/insurance assessors, occupational health practitioners, labour inspectors, design engineers and human resource managers. Speaking on the occasion, AmCham president hoped that the training program would help the RMG sector in Bangladesh to develop trust and confidence of the global buyers.
