As against the offer of City Brokerage Ltd, a subsidiary of the City Bank Limited, the board of directors of the company has decided to invest in share capital for an amount of Tk 300 million (equivalent shares of 30 million @ Tk. 10 each) of the subsidiary, subject to obtaining approval from the regulatory bodies and compliances with the rules and regulations.
