The 17th annual general meeting (AGM) of Jamuna Bank Limited was held at ABACUS Convention Centre in the city on Sunday, according to a statement.
The shareholders unanimously approved 22 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2017.
The meeting was presided by Engr. A. K. M. Mosharraf Hussain, chairman of the board of directors of the bank.
Among others, Nur Mohammed, Chairman, Jamuna Bank Foundation, Engr. Md Atiqur Rahman, Md. Belal Hossain, independent directors of the bank Md. Rafiqul Islam, Narayan Chandra Saha, Managing Director & CEO Shafiqul Alam, Company Secretary M. A. Rouf were present.
