JAMUNA BANK HOLDS 25TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Jamuna Bank PLC held its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday through a digital platform. The meeting was presided over by Md. Belal Hossain, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank. The AGM was attended by Board members, independent directors, Managing Director & CEO Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed, and a significant number of shareholders. The shareholders approved 29% cash dividend for the financial year 2025.
