JANATA CAPITAL AND INVESTMENT LIMITED HOLDS 16TH AGM

The 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Janata Capital and Investment Limited (JCIL), a subsidiary company of Janata Bank PLC, was held at its Head Office in Dhaka on Wednesday. Md Mazibur Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JCIL and Managing Director of the Janata Bank, presided over the meeting. Directors and shareholders of JCIL, Chief Executive of JCIL Md Abdus Subhan Miah and Company Secretary Abdullah Al-Amin attended the AGM. Chief Executive Abdus Subhan Miah told the meeting that JCIL posted a total operating income of Tk 130.4 million (Tk 13.04 crore) for the year ended on 31 December 2025.
