Chairman of Shippers' Council of Bangladesh (SCB) Md Rezaul Karim held a meeting with Mr. Krrish, Assistant Vice President of Kale Logistics Solutions Private Limited, Maharashtra, India, at the SCB conference room on Thursday.
They discussed single-window solution for the logistics industry in Bangladesh.
Kale Logistics Solutions offers Maritime Single Window (MSW), a digital platform that streamlines trade and shipping services by creating a central database to facilitate end-to-end information flow, and simplifying maritime regulatory and port service transactions through a single sign-on and submission.
The MSW platform is compliant with IMO standards and enables information and documentation to be transferred electronically between maritime and port stakeholders, which will become a compulsory requirement from the beginning of 2024.
