The 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of KDS Accessories Ltd was held on a virtual platform on Wednesday. Khalilur Rahman, Chairman of the company, presided over the AGM. Managing Director Salim Rahman, Board member Tahsina Rahman, Representative Director Kamrul Hasan Siddiqui, Independent Director Professor Sarwar Jahan, Auditor's Representative and KDS Accessories's CEO Debasis Daspal, CFO Biplob Kanti Banik and Company Secretary Mohammad Ilias were also present. A large number of shareholders joined the AGM virtually. The AGM approved the 10pc cash dividend for the year 2024-25.
