Linde BD approves final dividend of 550 per cent

The 49th AGM (Annual General Meeting) of Linde Bangladesh Limited was virtually held on Thursday, said a statement.

A final dividend of 550 per cent was approved by the shareholders at the meeting.

Mr. Moloy Banerjee, the chairman of the Company, presided over the meeting and the shareholders approved the annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021.

Mr. Moloy Banerjee retired under Article 81 of the Articles of Association of the Company and was re-elected director as eligible.

Mr. Tanjib-ul Alam retired under Article 87 of the Articles of Association of the Company and was re-elected director as eligible.

Ms Rupali H Chowdhury was reappointed Independent Director of the Company for a further period of 3 years under guideline of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) notification.

Ms. Rupali H Chowdhury, Mr. Tanjib-Ul Alam and Mr. Pavan Mysore Vijaykumar were present at the meeting,

Mr. Sujeet Kumar Poi, Managing Director along with Mr. Abu Mohammad Nisar, Company Secretary were also present.
