The 23rd annual general meeting (AGM) of Meghna Life Insurance Company Limited was held at the Institute of Diploma Engineers in the city recently, said a statement.
The meeting was presided over by Nizam Uddin Ahmed, Chairman of the company.
The AGM approved 20 per cent cash dividend for the year 2018.
Among others directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Shamsuddin Ahamed and N.C. Rudra, CEO, were present on the occasion.
The shareholders spoke on the occasion and expressed their satisfaction about the business performance of the company during 2018.
