Mercantile Bank held 24th AGM virtually

Mercantile Bank Limited held its 24th annual general meeting (AGM) virtually from its head office on Wednesday, with shareholders approving a 10 per cent cash and a 2 per cent bonus dividend. The meeting was chaired by Morshed Alam MP, chairman of the board of directors, with the presence of Md Quamrul Islam Chowdhury, managing director & CEO.
