Annual Managers' Conference 2023 of Retail Distribution Division of Midland Bank Limited was held recently at the bank's head office in Dhaka's Gulshan.
Ahsan-uz Zaman, managing director and CEO of the bank, inaugurated the conference as the chief guest, while Deputy Managing Director Md Zahid Hossain was present as a special guest, said a press release.
Md Rashed Akter, head of Retail Distribution Division, among other senior officials of the bank, was present on the occasion.
Business highlights of the bank's branches, sub-branches, Card Division, Islami Banking Window and Agent Banking Division for the year 2022 were discussed and top performers were recognised.
The yearly budget of 2023 was presented and strategies for achieving the budget were agreed in the conference.
The managing director urged everyone to achieve excellence in service and help customers meet their financial goals.
