Mobil Jamuna Lubricants Bangladesh Limited (MJLBL) has announced a special "Mobile Talk Time Offer" for its consumers on Tuesday.
MJLBL chief executive officer Khondaker Sanaul Haque came up with the announcement at a press conference at a city hotel.
"The offer brings opportunity to win up to Taka 200 mobile talk-time from any mobile operator… consumers can avail this opportunity nationwide with every purchase of Mobil Special 5 or 4 liters can," he said.
Mr. Haque said under this programme a consumer who will purchase a 4 or 5-liter Mobil Special will get a scratch sticker attached with the can. S/he has to scratch the black field of the sticker and send the code number to 3690 through SMS to avail the offer.
"Later, the consumer will receive a confirmation SMS, and after verifying the code, s/he will get mobile talk-time of any value from Taka 50 to Taka 200 in her/his mobile. The offer will continue till December 31, 2014," he added.
MJLBL executive director (technical) and chief engineer M Mukul Hossain pointed out different safety and security measures of the MJLBL products.
"We've continued our efforts to protect the interest of consumers through creating awareness and incorporating security seal on our multi-grade products. World-renowned American security seal manufacturer 3M has made the security seal using non-tampered and anti-reproductive technology, so that it becomes impossible to copy this seal," he added.
MJLBL head of marketing Md. Ahsan Kabir demonstrated execution of the security seal. There will be a number of small "Mobil" tag underneath it. Whenever the seal is removed from the cap of the brand new can, numerous "VOID" words will be visible both inside the security seal and on the remaining space of the seal on the can, he further said.
