MODHUMOTI BANK 12TH AGM

Modhumoti Bank held its 12th annual general meeting (AGM) on Monday at Dhaka Sheraton Hotel, where some participants joined virtually. Humayun Kabir, chairman of the board of directors of the bank, presided over the meeting. The meeting approved audited financial statements along with directors' report for 2024 and approved 15 per cent cash dividends for shareholders for the year.
