Modhumoti Bank holds 11th AGM

Modhumoti Bank held the 11th Annual General Meeting at Sheraton Dhaka on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. Humayun Kabir, chairman of the board of directors of the bank, presided over the meeting. The meeting approved audited financial statements along with directors' report for 2023 and also approved 13.5 per cent cash dividends for shareholders. Shaikh Salahuddin MP, vice-chairman; barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh, chairman, executive committee; Mostafa Kamal, chairman, Risk Management Committee; and other directors, sponsor shareholders along with Md. Shafiul Azam, managing director & CEO of the bank, were present at the meeting.
