The 37th meeting of the audit committee of the board of directors of Modhumoti Bank Limited was held on Tuesday with assistance of Zoom technology. The meeting was presided over by Shaikh Salahuddin, MP, Chairman of audit committee and Vice-Chairman of the board of directors of Modhumoti Bank . Among the members of the board's audit committee, A. Mannan Khan, Shaheduzzaman Choudhury, FCA and Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, were present.
