Modhumoti Bank PLC organised a workshop on 'Islamic Banking Fundamentals: Concept & Operational Methodology of Islamic Banking' at the bank's Head Office in Dhaka on Saturday. Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, was present as the chief guest while Shahnawaj Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director, and Arab Fazlur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Business Officer, attended the event as special guests. Md. Abdul Awwal Sarker AFIIBI, Director of Janata Bank PLC & former executive director of Bangladesh Bank, conducted the workshop.
