Mohammad Zahir Hussain, executive director of Bangladesh Bank and the sole representative of the board of directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh, visited the head office of Islami Bank Foundation recently, according to a press release. He exchanged views with senior officials of the foundation and was informed about its overall activities during the visit. The foundation conducts various programmes including education, healthcare, medical education, human resource development, poverty alleviation, and welfare upholding the values and reputation of the bank. He pledged all possible cooperation for the development and progress of IBF. Mohammad Ali, executive director (acting) of Islami Bank Foundation; Md. Faizul Kabir, general manager, and Md. Habibur Rahman, company secretary of Islami Bank; along with other senior officials of the foundation were present on the occasion.
