Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has joined through videoconferencing from Ganabhaban as different banks and financial institutions have donated funds to the Prime Minister's Relief & Welfare Fund for distribution in aid amongst the flood-affected people of different regions of the country. PM's Principal Secretary Dr. Ahmad Kaikaus received cheques on behalf of her at the office of the Prime Minister:
