Mostafa Quamrus Sobhan has been elected Chairman of Rupali Insurance Company Limited for the second consecutive term at the 217th board meeting of the company held at Rupali Bima Bhaban recently. Mr. Sobhan is also the Honorary Consul of Uruguay in Bangladesh and the Managing Director of Dragon Group.
