Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) Foundation distributed 'Livelihood Assets Grant' to a large number of households of the vulnerable fishing communities in two unions -- Bheola Manik Char and Kaiyarbill -- in Cox's Bazar's Chakaria. Female family members will take on income-generating activities with distributed materials, such as crab farming, duck farming, small businesses and homestead gardening, supporting the community during embargo on fishing. The event was attended by MTB Foundation Chief Executive Officer Samia Chowdhury.
