MTB FOUNDATION SUPPORTS EYE CARE FOR ETHNIC COMMUNITY

MTB Foundation, in partnership with Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital (IIEI&H), recently organised a 'Community Eye Health Partnership for Preventing Avoidable Blindness of the Ethnic Community' in Kulaura, Moulvibazar. The programme was attended by Samia Chowdhury, chief executive officer of MTB Foundation. A large number of underserved people belonging to the ethnic community were provided with basic healthcare facilities, including eye screening, medicine, eyewear and eye surgeries.
