Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) and Akij Takaful Life Insurance recently signed an agreement for cash management services at MTB Centre in the capital's Gulshan. The deal enables Akij Takaful Life Insurance's policyholders to make payments from any MTB branch as well as through the MTB Smart Banking App. Mohammed Alamgir Chowdhury of the insurance company signed the agreement with MTB in the presence of Syed Mahbubur Rahman, the bank's managing director and chief executive officer.
