Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) has been actively contributing to the development of the hosiery cluster in Gobindaganj, Gaibandha since 2022. As part of this commitment, MTB recently sanctioned fresh loans to 58 cottage and small-scale manufacturers under the Cluster Finance Refinance Scheme of Bangladesh Bank (BB). The loans will help them expand their winter apparel manufacturing businesses. Chowdhury Akhtar Asif, acting managing director of MTB attended the loan disbursement ceremony at Gobindaganj as the chief guest. He handed over the loan cheques to the entrepreneurs.
