The 25th annual general meeting (AGM) of Mutual Trust Bank was held on June 03, virtually. MTB Chairman Md. Abdul Malek presided over the meeting where the bank's board recommended 10 per cent cash divideds. MTB Vice Chairman & Founding Chairman Syed Manzur Elahi, MTB directors Md. Wakiluddin and Dr. Arif Dowla, independent directors Nasreen Sattar & Dr. Mohammad Tareque, Managing Director & CEO Syed Mahbubur Rahman and DMD & company secretary Rais Uddin Ahmad also attended the AGM.
