Nafiul Hasan, Director General-1 of Prime Minister's Office and Additional Secretary, joined the Agrani Bank PLC as a director recently. Agrani Bank Chairman Dr Zaid Bakht and CEO Md Murshedul Kabir along with other directors welcomed him with a bouquet. Nafiul Hasan, an 18th BCS batch officer, held various roles in different ministries and field-level administration, including as a joint secretary of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism and a PPP Policy consultant of Asian Development Bank. He did his graduation (honours) in economics from Dhaka University and obtained his master's degree in public policy and management from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is also a Certified Professional in Public Private Partnerships.
