National Bank held 39th AGM on a digital platform

National Bank Ltd. held its 39th annual general meeting (AGM) on a digital platform on Thursday. Ron Haque Sikder was re-elected a director by the shareholders through online voting. The AGM also approved the bank's audited financial report for the year 2021. Chairman of the bank Monowara Sikder presided over the meeting.
