The 33rd annual general meeting (AGM) of National Life Insurance Company Limited was held at NLI Tower in the city recently, according to a statement.
At the meeting, the shareholders unanimously approved the accounts of 2017, 20 per cent cash and 15 per cent stock dividend earlier proposed by the board.
Chairman of the company Morshed Alam, MP presided over the meeting.
Directors, sponsors, CEO, company secretary and other executives were present at the meeting.
