New director of Jamuna Bank

Ms. Tasmin Mahmud has been elected as Director of the Board of Jamuna Bank Limited. She is an eminent personality and well-known enterpreneur in telecommunication, real estate, RMG & textile sector of the country.

She did her M.S.S in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka. She is serving as the Member of the Board of different concerns of the Cotton Group, one of the largest & renowned conglomerates of the country. She is widely recognized for her role in shaping the business in multiple sectors, said a satement.

Ms. Mahmud was born in a respectable Muslim Zaminder family of Shibchar, Madaripur (Utrail Chowdhury Bari).
